 PERSONAL TRAINING

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Your trainer will build a personalised fitness program which can include techniques like weights, high intensity
cardio, kettle bells, complex movements or boxing. You name your goals like strength gains, cardio endurance,
increased flexibility, core strength or just improve your general fitness.

COST

Sessions start at $50 for a 45 minute one-on-one personal training session, with discounts available if you pre-purchase multiple sessions.

 

We can also offer small group training sessions so you can split the cost with your friends.

FROM AS EARLY AS 6AM OR AS LATE AS 8PM ON WEEKDAYS
