Our Elder Care Support Program helps mob over 50 years of age, confidently navigate the aged care system with culturally safe guidance and practical support. We assist with connecting to My Aged Care, setting up assessments, and understanding available services, all while respecting culture and your choice.

We provide one-on-one support before, during, and after aged care assessments, run yarning circles and information sessions, and advocate to make sure our Elders’ needs and concerns are heard by providers. We also strengthen community connections by linking Elders to culturally safe health, social, and support services.

Please note, we do not deliver aged care services directly or fund care packages. Our role is to guide, support, and stand with our Elders to access the services they need with respect and confidence.
