Position Description – Quality Assurance Reviewer

The Quality Assurance Reviewer supports the CEO in reviewing staff performance to ensure SRAC meets key deliverables and maintains a focus on continuous quality improvement.

This role is responsible for monitoring legislative compliance, managing risk processes, handling all complaints and incident registers, and assisting all SRAC business areas in accreditation and review requirements. The Reviewer will work closely with the CEO to develop and maintain a Quality Work Plan, aligned with practice and governance standards, and informed by internal feedback, evaluation, and planning.

The position is also responsible for identifying, recording, and coordinating the delivery of objectives outlined in the Quality Work Plan. This includes gathering staff and client feedback across SRAC’s range of programs, and within the broader Aboriginal community in Western Sydney.

The Quality Reviewer also manages all escalated complaints—from both external stakeholders and staff—and ensures timely resolution in line with SRAC’s Complaints Policy.
